Our Mission, at A Beauty Collective, is to provide a place where we can empower women with confidence by enhancing their natural, God-given, beauty through our innovative service and superior products. We are changing the face of beauty and we pledge to serve our guests with the personalized attention they deserve.
Sam Maner-Jorgensen
Sam has always been drawn to art, symmetry, and beauty, which led her to study Fine Art at Freed-Hardeman University in Tennessee. While at the mall one day, she discovered a booth where women were threading eyebrows. Intrigued and needing extra income as a student, she took up eyebrow threading as a side job. What began as a hustle quickly ignited her passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup, leading her to study at the Aveda Institute of Dallas.
After graduating, Sam worked at high-end spas in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where she saw firsthand the confidence self-care can bring to women. Wanting to grow further, she pursued business ownership.
In her first year, Sam competed at Las Vegas “Lash Wars,” earning second place in the fantasy eyelash competition. The next year, she returned, placed fourth, and met her future business partner. Together they launched Lash & Brow Boutique in Dallas-Fort Worth, where they spent nine years learning, growing, and helping countless women feel their best.
Sam continued her education at the Daria Chuprys Academy of Permanent Cosmetics in Los Angeles, where she fell in love with cosmetic tattooing. In 2022, she bought out her partner, rebranded the salon as A Beauty Collective, and expanded her vision.
Today, A Beauty Collective is known for its talented team, loyal guests, and commitment to redefining beauty. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, exploring holistic wellness, and spending time with her family.
Her passion for art and empowering women shines through in every service A Beauty Collective provides.

We have gathered the very best of beauty for our clients, including a highly curated Team that specializes in luxury beauty products including makeup, Permanent Makeup, Lashes, Brows and Airbrush Tans.
With this in mind we began to gather a talented team of artists from all over Texas! We’re a sincere company with a passion & vision to Change the Face of Beauty. We believe that there is an immense amount to be learned by listening to our clients’ wants and needs. We have had an amazing journey coming to where we are today, and because of that journey we are beyond confident in the services we provide to our guests.
Sam | Founder, PMU, Lash Artist, Trainer
I specialize in permanent makeup, lash Lifts, all things brows, and soft, textured lash extensions that enhance your natural beauty without ever compromising your lash line.
My second superpower? Mentorship. I’m obsessed with helping new artists grow, guiding them through “lightbulb moments” that truly elevate our industry.
With over 14 years in beauty, my guests have shaped my world. I’m endlessly committed to creating high-vibe, high-quality experiences that make you feel like you’ve arrived.
Outside the studio, I’m chasing underrated travel spots with my husband, exploring every foodie gem in town, and living the holistic lifestyle — all while wrangling my three hilarious kids who keep life anything but boring.
Ali | Lash Artist- Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Waxing
I specialize in fluttery volume sets, brow laminations, and perfectly customized lash lifts that enhance your natural beauty without overpowering it.
More than anything, I love building real connections with our guests and helping them feel just as beautiful on the outside as they are within.
My guilty pleasure? A sweet-and-spicy strawberry margarita with Tajín. When I’m not lashing, you’ll find me curled up with a fantasy novel, my pups by my side — because who needs reality when you have dragons and dog hair?
Taylor | Lash & Permanent Makeup Artist- Volume and Mega Volume
I specialize in bold, beautiful mega volume and volume lash extensions — always full, never damaging. I’m also a permanent makeup artist with a passion for creating soft, natural-looking lips through the art of lip blushing.
For over 5 years, I’ve been building real relationships with my lash besties — and it’s what I love most about what I do.
When I’m not in lash mode, you can find me deep into true crime docs or doomscrolling TikTok with my sidekick Ibbs — our in-house security pup and the official greeter and body guard of A Beauty Collective.
Paityn | Lash Artist- Extensions, Brows, Lash Lift, Tinting
I specialize in perfectly isolated hybrid, volume and wet look lash sets — I love a uniform lash look but I can also slay a dreamy, piecey or wispy set with precision.
I’m all about customization and creating the perfect look for you.
I’m the artist who believes in quality— always. I take my time, pour intention into every detail, and make sure you leave feeling beautiful, confident, and completely relaxed.
When I’m not lashing, you’ll find me obsessing over tacos, hanging with my two cats (Seven & Olive), or fully leaning into my cozy homebody persona.
Rylie | Tanning Specialist + Future Cosmetic Injector
Hey, I’m Rylie! I specialize in custom airbrush tans that give you that just-back-from-vacation glow — no boarding pass required. I love being part of your self-care routine and helping you feel confident in your skin.
I’m currently in nursing school working toward my BSN, RN, and diving deep into the world of cosmetic aesthetics — think Botox, filler, and all things glow-up. I’ve spent years shadowing experienced injectors, and I’m so excited to bring that passion to life here at A Beauty Collective.
Meet Ibbs Our Official Security Guard & Cuddle Consultant 
Hi, I’m Ibbs—the sweetest member of A Beauty Collective! My job? Welcoming guests with tail wags, providing emotional support during lash fills, and reminding everyone to take life a little less seriously (and always stop for belly rubs). I’m a professional cuddle bug and I also specialize in going through the salon trash can.
I take naps seriously, love treats, and consider myself the salon’s top therapist. Come say hi—I’ll be waiting by the front desk!
